01Brief

Editorial-grade RFP design and layout system built to make a complex, high-stakes proposal read as clearly as it competes.

02Approach
  1. 01Structured the multi-page submission with an editorial-grid system in Adobe InDesign to balance complex technical criteria with clean visual breathing room
  2. 02Defined a clear typographic hierarchy and natural colour palette to align the document directly with the regional environment of the park system
  3. 03Built custom infographics and structural callouts to pull critical proposal highlights out of dense blocks of text
  4. 04Formatted template pages to allow writers to populate technical content without breaking the layout or visual grid
03Outcomes
  • A professional, highly readable proposal that positioned the team as a clear, organized contender for the contract
  • A flexible document template that allowed for rapid content updates right up to the submission deadline
